Шредер для ПВХ

Оглавление

Шредер для ПВХ is a device specially used to mechanically cut and crush polyvinyl chloride (PVC) waste (such as pipes, profiles, packaging, etc.) into smaller particles or fragments that are convenient for subsequent processing or reuse.

PVC Shredder Machine Common Types

1. Single-Shaft PVC Shredder Machine

The single-shaft shredder features one rotating shaft equipped with sharp blades and a hydraulic pusher that feeds materials toward the rotor.

Key Features:

  • Controlled feeding and uniform particle size
  • Suitable for thick-walled PVC pipes, sheets, and profiles
  • Equipped with screen mesh for size control
  • Easy to maintain and ideal for medium scale recycling lines

Best use scenarios:

  • When the input pieces aren’t extremely large or rigid.
  • Situations where you want a more controlled, uniform shredded size.
  • PVC cable recycling,PVC cosmetic bottles, etc.

2. Double / Twin-Shaft PVC Shredder Machine

A double-shaft shredder (also called a twin-shaft shredder) has two counter-rotating shafts with intermeshing blades. It tears and shears PVC materials through low-speed, high-torque operation.

Key Features:

  • Excellent for coarse shredding of large PVC blocks and tough materials
  • Low noise and low dust output
  • High torque ensures efficient cutting of thick PVC
  • No screen design — material size depends on blade width and spacing

Приложения:

Large PVC pipes, bulky PVC waste, and mixed plastic materials.

3. Four-Shaft (Quad-Shaft) PVC Shredder Machine

The четырехвальный измельчитель combines two sets of dual shafts for fine shredding and secondary cutting. It provides higher shredding efficiency and finer output size in a single process.

Key Features:

  • Two-stage shredding structure for precise output control
  • Self-cleaning cutter design prevents material wrapping
  • Ideal for continuous and automated recycling lines
  • Robust construction for high-output applications

Приложения:

Rigid PVC lumps, and large-volume industrial PVC waste.

4. Plastic Crusher (Granulator)

A пластиковая дробилка, also called a granulator, is often used as a secondary size reduction machine after shredding. It uses high-speed rotating blades to grind shredded PVC pieces into smaller granules or powder for reuse.

Key Features:

  • High-speed operation for fine granulation
  • Compact design for easy integration with shredders
  • Adjustable blade clearance for different PVC hardness levels

Приложения:

Regrinding of shredded PVC flakes, film, and offcuts before extrusion or compounding.

5. Small Double Shaft PVC Shredder Machine

The small double shaft shredder is a compact version of the twin-shaft design, tailored for low-capacity or laboratory-scale PVC recycling.

Key Features:

  • Space-saving and energy-efficient
  • Suitable for small PVC pipes, profiles, and scrap pieces
  • Easy operation and maintenance

Приложения:

Laboratory testing, small-scale PVC recycling, and light industrial use.

Shengzhong PVC Shredder Machines Features

  1. Can shred many types of plastics including PE, PP, PVC, PS, PET, etc. Both rigid plastics (pipes, containers, boxes, drums) and softer/flexible types (films, irregular shapes).
  2. Maximum dimensions the shredder can take in depend on model; they design units capable of handling feedstocks up to 300-2400 mm in size.
  3. Blades are made from high quality steels, such as SKD11, DC53, Hardox, H13, etc.
  4. The machines can be integrated with other systems — e.g. feeders, conveyors, discharge systems, sorting, dust removal, remote monitoring, cooling or spray systems.
  5. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) from Siemens for automation/control.

Overload protections, emergency stop, current detection, etc.

Application PVC Waste Type

PVC Pipes and Profiles: Includes large-diameter or small-diameter PVC pipes, tubes, and profiles used in plumbing, drainage, and cable protection.

Typically handled by single-shaft or double-shaft shredders for efficient size reduction before granulation.

PVC Sheets and Boards: Such as PVC foam boards, rigid sheets, and fat sheets used for signage, wall cladding, etc.

These flat materials are often shredded by single-shaft shredders with strong rotor cutters.

PVC Window and Door Frames: Includes extruded profiles with reinforcement or metal inserts.

Requires high-torque twin-shaft or four-shaft shredders to handle mixed materials and thicker sections.

PVC Cables and Wire Coatings: The outer layer of electrical wires, cables, and insulation coatings made from flexible PVC.

These are shredded to separate PVC from the metal core, usually with double-shaft shredders.

PVC Packaging and Films: Such as PVC cling films, plastic wrap, and flexible packaging waste.

Best processed with single shaft shredders that handle lightweight materials efficiently.

PVC Flooring and Carpet Backings: Includes PVC floor tiles, vinyl flooring scraps, and backing materials from renovation waste.

These are often shredded before pelletizing or re-extrusion.

PVC Containers and Bottles: Such as PVC cosmetic bottles, oil containers, and rigid packaging.

Can be processed by plastic crushers or compact single-shaft shredders.

PVC Scrap from Industrial Production: Includes extrusion waste, edge trims, reject products, and off-cuts generated during manufacturing.

Easily handled by single-shaft or small double-shaft shredders for in-house recycling.

Часто задаваемые вопросы

What are typical components/features of PVC shredder machines?

  • Cutting system: shafts and blades (often hardened steel or alloy, with counter-blades/stators)
  • Some models are equipped with screens/perforated plates for controlling output particle size
  • Feeding mechanism / hopper / possibly hydraulic rams to push material into the cutters
  • Motor and gearbox capable of delivering sufficient torque; sometimes slower rpm for rigid materials to avoid overheating or damage.

How is the size of shredded PVC controlled?

By using screens (perforated plates) of certain hole sizes through which pieces pass. If the piece is too large, it remains in the cutting chamber until it is shredded small enough. Output size can be adjusted via screen hole size and by how aggressive the cutting system is.

What safety features are important in PVC shredder machines?

  • Emergency stop switches
  • Covers and guards to prevent access to cutting components
  • Sensors for feed jams or over-torque
  • Low-speed design when required to avoid dangerous high-speed fragments

How to maintain a PVC shredder machine?

  • Regularly inspect and replace worn blades, screens, belts.
  • Lubricate moving parts properly.
  • Monitor control systems, sensors, and any protective coatings.
  • Clear jams promptly; don’t force oversized material.
  • Keep components protected from corrosive effects (e.g. from chlorine or any PVC additives)

How much throughput / capacity should I expect?

This greatly varies. Small/medium machines might handle a few hundred kg/hour; large industrial machines can manage several tons/hour. The capacity depends on feed size, motor power, blade condition, machine design.
