Preparation before operation

1.Choosing the right tire shredder machine is the first step.

2.Adjust the knife gap and speed of the shredder according to the thickness and hardness of the tire.

Tires are usually harder and thicker materials. Therefore, the knife gap should be appropriately adjusted to avoid collision and wear between the blades. When adjusting the blade gap, avoid being too tight or too loose to ensure the shredding effect and the normal operation of the shredder.

The hardness and thickness of the tire will affect the speed setting of the shredder. For harder or thicker tires like tires, the speed can be appropriately reduced to increase the bite force and fully shred the tires.

Impurities and foreign matter in waste tires (such as steel wire, fiber, and rubber, etc.) can easily block the feed port, resulting in poor discharge. Therefore, during operation, the speed of feeding should be controlled to avoid blockage caused by too fast feeding. When the feed port is blocked, the power should be cut off before cleaning.

After use

After use, we need to regularly maintain the tire shredder machine. The regular maintenance and care of the tire shredder machine specifically includes the following steps:

Cleaning the shredder: Regularly clean the debris accumulated on the surface and inside of the shredder to ensure the normal operation of the shredder and extend its service life.

Check the connection parts: Regularly check whether the connection parts on the shredder are loose, and ensure that all the connection parts are firm and reliable.
