After the communication with the customer is completed, the engineer will design the shredder or production line according to the customer’s requirements. During this process, engineers will comprehensively consider various factors, such as the purpose of the machine, the type and size of materials processed, production capacity, etc., and select appropriate cutting tools, materials and processes. Engineers will then draw detailed drawings based on the design plan, including the dimensions, materials, process requirements, etc. of each component to ensure that the manufacturing and use of the machine meets customer requirements and expectations.
After the drawing is completed, the engineer will cut the materials according to the requirements of the drawing. This process requires cutting the raw materials into corresponding shapes and sizes according to the size, material and process requirements of each component in the drawing. Precision and accuracy need to be paid attention to during the blanking process to ensure that the size and shape of each component conforms to the drawing requirements. At the same time, the quality and surface treatment of raw materials also need to be paid attention to during the blanking process to ensure the overall quality and appearance of the machine.
After blanking is completed, engineers will process each component according to the drawing requirements. At the same time, we will also conduct strict quality control on the spray painting effect to ensure that the coating surface is smooth, uniform, and free of bubbles and impurities. Finally, we dry and inspect the painted shredder to make sure the coating is completely dry and free of any defects
After the painting is completed, we will conduct an idling test again to ensure the normal operation of the shredder after painting. In the idling test machine, we will check whether all parts of the shredder are operating normally, especially key parts such as the transmission system and bearing seats. At the same time, we will also pay attention to whether the smoothness and color of the paint surface meet the customer’s requirements. If any problems or defects are found, we will take prompt measures to repair and adjust them to ensure that the quality of the shredder meets customer expectations.
After the shredder has undergone an idling test and is confirmed to be correct, we will package it to protect the machine from damage during transportation. We will select appropriate packaging materials according to the size and shape of the machine, such as wooden frames, cartons, foam, etc., to ensure that the machine is safe and reliable during transportation. During the packaging process, we will carefully protect and secure each component to avoid shifting or damage during transportation. Finally, we will use professional packing tape to fix it, and indicate the fragile items and precautions to ensure that the goods reach the destination safely and smoothly during transportation.
